At Plymouth Mobile Estates we offer such amenities as two swimming pools (one heated), a shuffleboard court, our community library and recreation rooms and a beautiful community center. Our social group publishes a monthly newsletter which is full of general information, personal notes,  advertisements from local trusted businesses and a calendar of social activities.

The social activities include: dances, dinners, bingo, darts, knitting, chair yoga, Bible study, dominoes, mahjong, corn hole, water aerobics, cribbage, a koffee klatch and more. As you can see there is always something to do at Plymouth Mobile Estates.

Frequently Asked Questions

 

  • Our community is fully owned by the residents. We each own an equal share in the property. When you purchase a home (as personal property), you also buy a "share" in the corporation from the seller of the home. That means that you always get your initial share investment back when you sell your home at PMEC.

  • The Board of Directors, who are elected by the shareholders (that will be you), is the ultimate governing authority here at PMEC.

  • Our low monthly fee of $450.00 includes: real estate and all applicable town fees, taxes, weekly curbside rubbish pick up, water and sewer, Verizon Fios cable and internet service, and maintenance of the roadways, common areas, streetlights and common buildings.

  • Items not included are: general maintenance of your lot (like driveways and shrubbery), your inside utilities including heat, phone and your electricity.
